Struct LocalModule

One module the package being compiled declares: the name its header gives it, and the file it was written in as SourceFile::package_path renders it — src/Model.zel.

The file travels with the name because the package’s two source roots share one set of names: src/Model.zel and tests/Model.zel are both Model, and that is the same error as declaring one name twice under one root. Saying which files claimed the name is the whole of what makes that error actionable.
