Struct Binding

One name a Decision::Leaf binds: the value at occurrence, of type tpe.

The type is the solved one the pattern carried. It is here because a backend with more than one representation — WebAssembly’s i64, f64 and reference — reads which one a value has off its type, and the leaf gives it no other way back to that type short of working it out again from the scrutinee’s.
